Aperol spritz

3 parts prosecco

2 parts Aperol

1 part soda water

orange slice

ice cubes

Add lots of ice to a large white wine glass or tumbler. Pour over the Aperol, followed by the Prosecco.

Stir once and finish the drink with some soda water to top up (to taste) and a slice of orange.
