Asian Salad Dressing
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp grated fresh/frozen ginger
1/2 tsp grated garlic
2 tsp neutral oil (e.g., light olive oil)
1 tsp sesame oil (toasted sesame oil)
Mix everything together.
Store in the refrigerator for about a week.
