BBQ Gringas
8 wheat tortillas
3 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
2-3 cups grilled pineapple
200 g shredded cheese
4 tbsp BBQ sauce
Jalapeño (optional)
Grill the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Grill the chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Heat the tortillas in a pan. Spread cheese, chicken, pineapple, BBQ sauce, and jalapeño (if you want it spicy) on one tortilla. Place another tortilla on top.
Heat until the cheese melts. Cut into 6 slices and serve with BBQ sauce, extra grilled pineapple and guacamole.
