Buttercream Frosting
100 g butter or margarine
2-3 dl powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
The butter should be soft but not melted. It’s best to take the butter out of the fridge a little while before using it. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the butter and mix well. If the frosting is too thick, you can thin it with a small amount of milk.
You can also add a few drops of food coloring to the frosting.
If you want to make chocolate frosting, you can use cocoa powder or even melt chocolate and mix it into the frosting.
