Cinnabons
Dough:
120 ml whole milk
1 egg
35g melted butter
310 g flour
1/2 tsp salt
50 g sugar
1 tsp yeast
Filling for the rolls:
80 g brown sugar + 1/2 tbsp cinnamon + 40 g soft butter
Frosting:
40 g cream cheese
25 g softened butter
100 g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes. Roll out into a square and allow it set for 10 minutes.
Melt the butter, place it in a bowl with the powdered sugar and cinnamon, mix well, and then spread it over the dough.
Roll up the dough and slice it into 6 rolls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 12-18 minutes.
Allow the rolls to cool well and then spread the cream on them.
