Cornflakes Chicken
4 chicken breasts
30 g butter or margarine
Garlic powder
Onion salt
Black pepper
Paprika
50 g cornflakes
Melt the butter in a pot and add the spices.
Coat the chicken in the melted butter, then roll it in the crushed cornflakes.
Place the chicken in a baking dish or on a rack with a tray underneath.
Sprinkle the remaining cornflakes and any leftover butter from the pot over the chicken. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200°C. If using chicken pieces on bone instead of breasts, the cooking time will be slightly longer (about 50 minutes).
