Four ingredient dough

160 g all purpose flour

240 g Greek style 0% fat yoghurt

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Mix flour, salt and baking power before adding yoghurt. Knead the dough adding a pinch of flour when kneading if the dough is too sticky.

Make 4 bagels or 6 bagel thins/rolls. Brush with egg wash or water and sprinkle with seeds or everything bagel seasoning.

Bake for 20 minutes at 200°c or until the bagels have turned golden.
