Perfect Martini

There are several variations of this famous drink, but the traditional Martini is:

60 ml gin

10 ml dry vermouth

Stirred with ice and strained into a martini glass. Garnished with a twist of lemon peel (roll the peel between your fingers to release the oils) or an olive.

Dirty Martini: A splash of olive brine is added to the drink along with the olive.

Perfect Martini: Made with equal parts of dry and sweet vermouth (10 ml dry vermouth, 10 ml sweet vermouth, and 60 ml gin).

In a Bone Dry Martini, only a few drops of dry vermouth are used, followed by 60 ml of chilled gin.
