Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet potatoes are delicious and pair well with most foods. They have a lower glycemic index than regular potatoes and are packed with nutrients. You can eat the skin, so it's best to scrub the potato well with a brush under running water.

1 sweet potato

1 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp parsley

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp onion powder

salt

black pepper

Wash and dry the sweet potato. Cut the potato into evenly sized wedges. Place the potato wedges in a bowl or bag and pour the oil over them. Toss the wedges in the oil.

Sprinkle the spices over the potatoes and toss the bag or stir in the bowl to distribute the seasoning evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and cook the potatoes for 10-15 minutes. The time will depend on the thickness of the wedges, but it's best to check the potatoes after 10 minutes to see if they are cooked through.
