Vegetable soup

300 g cabbage

1 onion

2-3 carrots

1 can diced tomatoes

1-2 vegetable stock cubes

1/2 - 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning

A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for spiciness)

Roughly chop the cabbage and onion.

Slice the carrots into rounds and add everything to a pot.

Simmer until the carrots are soft.

Season with the steak seasoning, adding it in small amounts as it contains salt and pepper. Adjust to taste.
